The lost thong is an Aussie icon and this Big Thong sticking out of the ground is a great tribute to it. Located on a side road on the way into Port Germein. It is not sign posted and there is no information about it.

Adjacent to the thong is another Aussie icon, a Holden Kingswood which is half buried in the ground with the front end sticking out.

Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area even if it is just to say you have been there or to grab a photo.
