2024 SA Trip Part 2 - Snowtown & Surrounds

Spent 10 days with a couple of wgood friends, Eric & Cheryl, at their property just out of Snowtown.  It is giving me the opportunity to get around locally and check out a few of the sights in the area which I have been wanting to do for a while. Their property is in the SA wheatbelt and there are a lot of really nice old abandoned stone buildings in the surrounding farmlands which I am looking forward to visiting. It is wonderfully quiet and isolated but I am not used to the flies though, they are everywhere.

While staying with Eric & Cheryl I was able to get in a few rides around the area and visited some of the local landmarks. It has surprised me just how much there is to see once I started researching the area and I have had a great time visiting the different locations. A gallery of places of interest I managed to visit is shown below with clickable links to details and locations embedded in the picture for anyone who is interested.
